Trucking Planning Manager (Korean Bilingual Required)

Timpl has partnered with a global total logistics services company and is seeking for a Trucking Planning Manager


Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary information from customers to support planning and operational needs.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with the department managers and employees.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the daily utilization of trucking equipment.
• Partner with the operations team to learn, understand, and improve business processes.
• Analyze cost trends, assess their impact on the business, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, transportation, or planning is required.
• Strong planning and analytical skills with proven ability to interpret and apply data insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive “team-player” attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
