Training Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required)

Timpl has partnered with a global battery company that is currently looking for a training Specialist 


Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of training and development experience in a manufacturing environment (battery, electronics, or automotive industry preferred).
• Experience designing and delivering both technical and soft skills training.
• Familiarity with regulatory training requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, EHS compliance).

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong instructional design and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable training materials.
• Strong project management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
• Bilingual (English/Korean or Spanish) preferred but not required.
