Training Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required)
Timpl has partnered with a global battery company that is currently looking for a training Specialist
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of training and development experience in a manufacturing environment (battery, electronics, or automotive industry preferred).
- Experience designing and delivering both technical and soft skills training.
- Familiarity with regulatory training requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, EHS compliance).
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong instructional design and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable training materials.
- Strong project management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
- Bilingual (English/Korean or Spanish) preferred but not required.
