Finance & Accounting Generalist

Timpl has partnered with a global battery company that is currently looking for a Finance & Accounting Generalist

Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Typically 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience; manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory, and possibly foreign transactions is a plus.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) and strong Excel skills.
• Good working knowledge of accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, journal entries.
• Familiarity with manufacturing costing (standard vs actual cost, overhead allocations) is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze financial data, spot discrepancies, and recommend corrections.
