Business Planning Specialist

Timpl has partnered with the company that manufactures and supplies polyurethane materials, capitalizing on the strengths of technology and sales network. And we are seeking a Business Planning Specialist. 

Essential Functions:
• Manage customer purchase orders (PO) and monitor market trends and client status.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for order tracing and invoicing.
• Support resolution of quality issues in collaboration with headquarters.
• Analyze operational costs and contribute to profitability tracking.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets including sales, investment, and procurement plans.
• Conduct periodic sales forecasts (annual, quarterly, weekly) and cost estimations.
• Support profit and loss (P&L) projections and variance analysis.
• Monitor customer credit limits and manage commercial credit insurance.
• Conduct credit assessments for new customers and set appropriate credit terms.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including overdue tracking and shipment decisions.
• Track actual performance against budget and report variances.
• Analyze pricing strategies and profitability for new and existing customers.
• Manage toll business reporting, fee adjustments, and related invoicing.
• Support investment execution and post-investment analysis.



Minimum Qualification:
• A bachelor's degree is preferred 
• Strong Verbal and writing skills
• Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Time-management skills
• No disqualification to travel to domestic or overseas
