Sr. Billing & Settlement Specialist 

Timpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering integrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation, warehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Sr. Billing & Settlement Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

 

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound orders and manage inventory control.
• Update systems with information related to received freight, order processing, and shipments.
• Process customer orders on a daily basis.
• Check shipments for accuracy and generate reports on shipment results. 
• Manage daily orders efficiently and delegate tasks to temp staff. 
• Coordinate with co-workers and temp staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.
• Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor.

 

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience required; relevant warehouse experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with co-workers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
