Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Timpl has partnered with a global total logistics services company and is seeking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
Shift B:
Thur ~ Sun & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
Shift C:
Mon ~ Thur & Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)
Shift D:
Thur ~ Sun & Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations during assigned shifts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures during shifts to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and report on the status of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
- Collaborate with managers to implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.
- Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor shift performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, providing shift-specific reports on issues, key information, and operational handovers.
- Track and report daily attendance and workforce presence for assigned shifts.
- Maintain communication with customer representatives, addressing inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are met during assigned shifts.
- Cultivate a strong customer focus and implement corrective actions based on feedback from shifts.
- Drive and support the execution of daily operational activities across assigned shifts.
- Prepare and present shift-specific reports detailing issues, important matters to be shared across shifts, and any required handover information.
- Analyze shift-specific data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Must be bilingual in Korean
