Sales Manager (Bilingual Korean required)
Timpl has partnered with one of the biggest global EV charger manufacturing company and is looking for a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Sales to Customers:
- Personally engage in direct sales activities, including identifying, contacting, and meeting with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and close sales deals to contribute to overall revenue generation.
2. Customer Engagement:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service.
- Identify and cultivating new business opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy and management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with head of sales and project managers of headquarters to set sales targets, develop sales plans, and align them with the company's overall goals
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the sales’ budget and allocate resources effectively to support sales activities.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align resources and strategies for success.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the head of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful account management roles (ideally 7~13 years), preferably in the EV charging industry or in a related/similar industry.
- Understanding of EV charging technology, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and lead the sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Korean language proficiency is not required but will be considered a plus.
